Answers before decisions

The right questions protect the project.

A custom outdoor living or home expansion project carries design, site, approval and investment decisions. This page explains what we can clarify early, what requires property review and when each answer becomes reliable.

Project questions

Answers organized around the decisions you will make.

Each answer separates what can be explained now from what becomes reliable only after the property, scope or approval path has been reviewed.

Fit & First Steps Is my project a good fit for Sanluce Living?

Sanluce is best suited to homeowners who want a site-specific outdoor living environment or home expansion, value design coordination and are prepared to make decisions through a documented process. We are less suited to a request for the lowest-cost standard product with no property review.

Confirmed when

After an introductory conversation and review of the basic property information.

Fit & First Steps Do I need to choose a product or model before contacting you?

No. Begin with the home, the site and how you want the space to work. Attached, freestanding, louvered, glazed or fully enclosed solutions describe different responses to a property; they should not be chosen before the living goal and site relationship are understood.

Confirmed when

The recommended direction follows the initial brief and property review.

Fit & First Steps What should I send before the first meeting?

Send the project address, several wide and close property photos, a short video if possible, approximate dimensions, inspiration references and a description of how you want to use the space. A target investment range and desired timing help us give more useful guidance.

Confirmed when

We will tell you if additional measurements, drawings or an on-site review are needed.

Fit & First Steps Where does Sanluce currently work?

Our primary market focus is Southern California. Projects outside the immediate service area may begin with a remote property review, but field verification, local professionals, installation and permit responsibilities must be confirmed for the location.

Confirmed when

Project location, service scope and local delivery path are confirmed before formal design proceeds.

Before you commit

Clarity comes before commitment.

A considered project becomes more certain in stages: what the property allows, what the scope includes and what must be approved before work advances.

01

Ground

Begin with what the property allows.

We review the address, site conditions, access, intended use and local requirements before treating a concept as feasible—or a price as meaningful.

02

Clarify

Make the scope easy to understand.

Options, responsibilities, inclusions, exclusions and known assumptions are set out clearly, so the proposal can be evaluated on its real terms.

03

Confirm

Advance through deliberate approvals.

Design approval, technical review and production release create clear checkpoints before the next commitment of time, money or work.

Four decision points

Each stage resolves a different level of uncertainty before the project advances.

  1. Property review
  2. Design direction
  3. Scope and investment
  4. Production readiness

Share the address, a few useful photos and what you want the space to do. We can explain what is knowable now and what requires a deeper review.
